It's hard to believe that October is about to be over. Once Smarty's birthday and Halloween roll over, we shift into winter holiday mood - thinking, dreaming, and planning our family activities for the next two months. While our categories and some activities do not change, our list definitely evolves as Smarty gets older. Here is what we have in mind for this winter holidays season.

We love San Jose's Christmas in the Park and I ask my husband to make latkes year round.

Sigh, the Lego Christmas Market was one of the sets I really wanted and made the mistake of trusting it would be given for Christmas one year. The person who was going to get it, never was able to, and so I never got that set. I have since taken over buying them for myself......
