Anna is finally interested in dolls – mostly in her Playmobil dolls. Every day during her quiet time (it used to be nap time, now it became time for staying in her room and playing by herself) she constructs various scenes with her Playmobil sets and a couple of small dolls. This particular scene cracked me up because of those two “stunt actors” hanging off the tractor in the back. Anna also explained to me that this is “Farm Fresh” delivery – we are getting a box of local produce twice a month, and I suppose she imagines it to be delivered by a big group of people in a truck.

Come over and play at Childhood 101.

I didn't know delivering produce was so risky!

I love the stunt guys too! Ha!

I try to love Playmobil, really I do, but all of the little pieces drive me bonkers. Collin has the pyramid and I always find it in a million pieces. He also has a few of the pirate sets. Reagan doesn't have any because I can't bring myself to buy more sets with tons of pieces! That's my rant for the day!

How funny! I love the stunt guys, they must be the ones who jump and run to get the produce to the door then run and dive to get back on the truck!

We love Playmobil here too, but I tend to buy just the figures and not the sets so much. My kids are trying to convince me to buy the pyramid. They haven't taken care of their sphinx, so why would I buy a pyramid? We'll see if they ever win this one.

Like Christy I have a love/hate relationship with Playmobil. The tiny pieces drive me bonkers, too.

Love the stunt guys. Reminds me of the old garbage men that hung off the back of the trunk. Now it's just a truck with a big mechanical arm coming down the street.

I love Anna's imagination and creative skills, those guys are certainly acrobatic. I've yet to see our delivery guys perform such feats :-)

B has started creating scenes and acting out scenarios with his hot wheels cars. There are no actors because they don't fit, but there are lots of imaginary voices!

LOL, those stunt actors are good at holding on! And I love the Farm Fresh delivery!! Get the message of fresh and local into them young (I sometimes write about our trips to the local farmers markets which Princess loves. She's getting very well known by the traders too - particularly the cheese sellers!)

We just LURVE Playmobil here! My girls call it "Little People" (since I don't teach brand names).
It's such a good, open-ended toy!
